Description: Vintage 20" Effanbee Glamour doll named Patricia. Composition head on wooden neck joint with cloth body and composition hands. Missing eye paint, or decal transfer on one eye. Floss hair is a little dingy, body is super clean, and composition is excellent. Wearing original blouse and trousers. Missing a sash and anchor decoration on her blouse. Replaced shoes. Head is somewhat loose. From the estate and personal collection of Dian Zillner, author of numerous books on Dolls, Doll accessories, and Doll Houses.
