Description: I bought a small collection of sports team pennants from an antique shop back in the 1960s. The lady said they were from the 1940s and 1950s. My young self had intended to put them up in my room, but my mother said holes in the walls were a no no, so I rolled them up, packed them in a trunk and they’ve been there ever since. I’m afraid my knowledge of this type of thing is exactly zero. I have tried to look some of these up on the Internet and also eBay to attempt to gather some knowledge about them. These are the large size pennants ranging in length from 28 to 30 inches. Please closely examine the photos, zooming them to determine the condition. This listing is for 2 Boys Town Father Flanagan’s Football Pennants probably from the 1940’s or 50’s. If you have any questions, please let me know, and I will try to answer them.
