It is an original action figure from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers franchise, manufactured by Hasbro. The plush toy represents the Pink Ranger from the TV show and is a licensed reproduction. The item was made in China and is part of the TV, Movie & Video Games theme. The doll has the talking box, and I tested it and it doesn't seem to work. She has movable arms.
