It is the EXACT same as the Playskool Wind-Up Seaplane, down to the smallest detail. However, the brand on the front of the plane is "Child Guidance". It has a copyright on the bottom 1984, CBS Toys, Lancaster PA.It comes with the original pilot, who sits snugly in the seat. The propellor winding knob spins, but doesn't seem to catch - the prop doesn't spin as it did originally. It spins when pushed, but doesn't wind up and spin on its own.Toy has been well-loved and often played with over the last 40 years. Photos show imperfections and wear.
