Description: This was in a tote of He-Man toys. I bet some kind but confused grandparent or other older relation tried to get an 80s kid a He-Man and ended up with a F&D figure instead. Unaware this was actually a massive upgrade relative to the overall quality compared to He-Man, but perhaps that’s too much snobbery for mass-produced plastic. I just know I am glad I was a Turtles kid because they were worlds better than He-Man in quality. Any questions, just ask!
