Description: 1980s La Chemise belted shift dress in Jade Green - Poly Suede, (100% Polyester, but with a suede-like texture). New with tags, my mom bought it and never wore it. The size on the tag is 14, but that is definitely a 1980s size 14. I would put this closer to a size 8/10 today. Model is 5' 8", 150 lbs, 36" bust, and usually wears a size M or 8/10. There is a bit of wear on one button on one sleeve - which you can see in the picture. Otherwise, it is in impeccable shape. This dress has shoulder pads. You can see from the tag that my mom purchased it at the College Sport Shop in New London, NH, (which I assume is the Colby Sawyer College Store), for $108. I'm going to guess it was around 1988-1989, based on that purchase location.
