This item is from a large lot of vintage books that I recently purchased and I consider it to be in excellent condition, especially for a paper document that is 40 years-old. * The original owner had installed a clear plastic book cover, consequently the front and back covers are clean, fully intact, and in near mint condition. It is approximately 8" x 11" in size and contains 238 numbered pages. As I leafed through the book I didn't notice any loose or missing pages, however the paper has darkened somewhat from age. There are several messages to the book's original owner scattered about the pages, as well as autographs on various pictures.
