Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION: Vintage 1972 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 1625 18K Gold & Stainless-Steel Automatic Wristwatch, Caliber 1570 26-Jewel 6-Adjustment This wristwatch measures approximately 35.5 mm in diameter and 44 mm in total length including lugs. Its lug width measures approximately 20 mm.The dial signed "ROLEX OYSTER PERPETUAL DATEJUST SUPERLATIVE CHRONOMETER OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED SWISS" is in good condition overall with some marks near 6 o'clock. - see photos.The stainless-steel case with 18K gold bezel is in very good condition with normal wear - see photos. The inside of the case back is signed "MONTRES ROLEX S.A. GENEVA SWITZERLAND PATENTED STAINLESS STEEL 1625 11.71"; between the lugs at 12 o'clock is text "REGISTERED DESIGN 1625"; between the lugs at 6 o'clock is text "STAINLESS STEEL 306xxxx - see photos. The crystal is in good used condition - see photos.The stainless-steel bracelet with signed deployant clasp is in good condition with normal wear - see photos. The underside of the clasp is signed "ROLEX STAINLESS STEEL U.S.A." - see photos.The movement is signed "MONTRES ROLEX S.A. TWENTY-SIX 26 JEWELS ADJUSTED 5 POSITIONS AND TEMPERATURE 1570 SWISS D264095" - see photos. Sets and winds smoothly. The date advances as it should.
