Description: Vintage 1970’s Masada Performer Bass Guitar Made In Japan P-bass Style Sunburst Medium Scale Gorgeous vintage and rare Japanese bass from the 70’s, likely made in the Matsumoku factory. Bass has been refurbished with a new Wilkinson bridge and pickups, a Fender USA black pickguard and all new wiring+knobs. It works and plays great and is a joy to play with new 45-100 Regular Slinky roundwound strings. Bass is a medium scale (32”). Neck is straight with working truss rod. Frets in good condition, bass is an easy setup. Three of the tuners are original, and one is a vintage Fender. Very comfy to play with lots of character and patina around the sunburst body. Some bumps and bruises, but nothing egregious or structural. Bass weighs 8 lbs, 10oz. Please see photos and ask any questions before purchase.
