Jane Cahill Kovacic was born in Akron, Ohio in 1927. Jane attended Carnegie Mellon College in Pittsburgh. She worked as a fashion illustrator in New York (Lord & Taylor in the 40s and 50s), Cleveland (The May Company), and Akron at Polskys. Jane was an award winning artist. She belonged to the American and Ohio water color societies, and the Akron Society of Artists.
