It's labelled a 44, (and as a a 44 Long, at 6' 5", I can tell you that the chest is fine, but the arms are a little shy and the length is a little shy for me as well), so I would say it's best for someone not as tall, maybe even a 40-42, although 44 is good, just not the arms/length.
