Description: Luzon was a San Francisco-born artist known for his thick impasto paintings on canvas: *STUNNING PAINTING WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE 3 GREEK WARRIORS WIELDING SHIELDS. DIMENSIONS ARE: 37 1/4” x 37 5/16” x 1 5/16” *WILL POTENTIALLY ENTERTAIN OFFERS AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT LOW BLOWS *READ* This painting is not signed by Luzon at least that I’ve noticed. However, due to the technique, style, and subject of the painting, it looks like it is his or very similar. There is reasons also that an artist may not sign his/hers artwork. In some of the photos you can see small bits of white blank canvas on the artwork. I hypothesize that he was not finished with this particular painting of his and so it is not signed because of that.
