This vintage jacket is very similar to the WWII German M-1944 tunic. This jacket was made in the 1960's for field or combat wear. Constructed of a heavy field green wool, this jacket is loaded with the following features: Two Exterior Pockets W/ Flap Closures One Interior Pocket Shoulder Straps Metal Loop Collar Closures Double Layered Elbows Button Cuffs Front & Rear Belt Loops Bundeswehr Tri-Color Flag On Each Shoulder This jacket is a size medium and, unlike many other loose fitting combat uniforms, is made to present a form-fitting, "tailored" appearance. This dates back to the Cold War era of the 1960's & is in EXCELLENT CONDITION, showing no rips, tears, fraying fading or staining.
