The words of Christ are in red in this edition and there are illustrated scenes from the Scriptures occasionally throughout. It's a really nice large KJV Reference Bible in beautiful condition that's a delight to read. If you're looking for a great coffee table book, this one has some beautiful color artwork which definitely has some nice presence when opened up on a table or desk. Condition:Excellent Faux Leather-Bound Book! If it wasn't for a few small cover marks, I would say LIKE NEW! The binding is tight and all pages within are bright white with NO WRITING, UNDERLINING, HIGH-LIGHTING, RIPS, TEARS, BENDS OR FOLDS. It just has a few minor cover marks as can be seen in my photos. This is a Family Bible with tons of pages to be filled out to personalize this bible to you! None of these pages have been filled out. This rare book literally appears like it was purchased in 1951, then sat on a shelf untouched for the last 73 years!
