Description: Up for sale is a pair of vintage 1950s clip on earrings featuring pink glass beads wired on to gold tone metal clips. Backs are marked Japan. Look like pink chrysanthemum blossoms the way the beads have been clustered. As is as found condition. Has loss of plating throughout, metal pieces holding beads likelybhad gold tone finish but this is long gone, metal appears darker and tarnished. No obvious missing beads noted. A few beads have some dark surface marks, see photos. Don't easily wipe off. Clips both work. Metal on back and clips has extensive plating/finish loss as well as dRk spots and wear. Had some verdigris in places which corroded the metal a bit. This is a vintage pre-owned item, it has signs of use and age throughout. Please examine photos carefully as they are part of the description. In all of my listings, I include at least one photo that shows the item next to a ruler. I strongly urge you to look at this closely to make sure you have a good feel for how big or small the item actually is. Items are packed carefully to make sure they arrive to you safely.
