As shown in the image, they picture Dr. Daniels on one side, a dog picture that says dog remedies on one side, and a cat picture that says Cat Remedies on the other. They also list the directions and ingredients and explains this is for medium and large dog breeds. It says that you should use Dr. Daniels Puppy Vermi-Caps for smaller dogs. These are from around 1950. The box design is much older. Shipped folded flat.
