Vintage 1949 Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC) - Original Edition Complete Set: 2 Manuals, 4 object assembly tests, puzzle cards, block design, arithmetic problems, & scoring key tests. A psychological assessment tool designed to measure the intelligence of children aged 6-16. This test was an adaptation of the earlier Wechsler-Bellevue Intelligence Scale & includes various subtests that evaluate different cognitive abilities. It consists of Verbal and Performance scales, providing scores for Verbal IQ (VIQ). Performance IQ (PIQ), & Full Scale IQ (FSIQ). It was designed to assess a child's general intellectual ability and specific cognitive domains, such as verbal comprehension, visual-spatial skills, and working memory.
