Description: For sale is a Vintage 1948 Toast-O-Lator Art Deco Chrome Bakelite Toaster. This is a Model J toaster, and it WORKS great. It was made the second month of 1948 by its date code. It's 110-125 volt and is 800-850 watts of power. I used it to make my toast for a couple days. Worked Good. I did show a pic of the elements working, not the greatest pic but you can see them glowing. It's in pretty fair shape. It has a few smaller issues. The cloth cord is frayed right at the toaster where it goes in. The bakelite has a hairline crack on one end, my picture shows this. One of the sight glasses has a crack. Otherwise, it has some use marks, one is a larger scratch. This is a great MCM collector piece. So, take a look at the pictures. Pics are of actual item you will receive. thanks for looking.
