It has a snake mesh strap handle. It opens in two sections. One side has a mirror, lidded powder section, a place for a small tube of lipstick and a clip with the original comb. The opposite section can be used for cigarettes, credit cards, cash or a hankie. The powder compact section has the original pink powder pat which has been washed and cleaned.
