Description: Here is a rare 1930's Effanbee 22" composition Patsy Lou. She is all original and in marked box. She has been in my private collection for many years. Her composition is in wonderful shape without crazing, has some color skips which is normal on a doll this old. Her dress is tagged with the red Effanbee label and is in very good shape. Her hat has some discoloration Also her heart shaped brass bracelet is there. The pictures tell it all. This is a very wonderful doll and you will be pleased to add her to your collection.
