Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-CA X-NONE X-NONE This 1929 Henri Selmer Paris Large Bore silver-plated alto saxophone, serial #113xx, is a remarkable example of Selmer’s legendary craftsmanship. Known for its significant advancements over earlier designs, the Large Bore model offers enhanced sound and playability. A distinctive feature of this horn is its rare trill keys—a unique detail highlighted in the photos. Recently overhauled, this saxophone was fully disassembled, meticulously cleaned, and re-padded with plastic resonators. It is in excellent playing condition and very good condition overall, with no dents and only minimal dings. The silver plating remains largely intact, showing minor wear on the right-hand palm keys and octave key. Despite its vintage, this instrument delivers impressive projection and excellent intonation. The saxophone includes a well-fitting Cannonball case that remains functional, though it shows some wear. The Selmer Paris name is legendary among saxophonists, and this timeless piece more than lives up to its reputation. Don’t miss your chance to own a stunning part of musical history.Note to buyers:I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
