Description: We have for sale an adorable vintage blue velvet possibly 1920s or 1930s art deco hand bag with lucite handle. It is in very nice condition with original lining. It opens and clasps shut nicely. This is from my mother Dorothy's (a Rosie the Riveter in WWII) collection. She was a fun, strong, and vibrant lady who had an eye for unique and beautiful items.
