This is a hardcover edition of Little Prudy’s Sister Susy first published in 1864, it’s the second book in the Little Prudy series. Behind the scenes of Prudy's adventures hides a charming little tale of Susy's experiences during Christmas and New Year holidays. The book has a beige tone front cover full color paste on illustration of a little girl with a huge pink hair bow, and a red/white/blue bucket of cherries. In fair vintage condition with heavy outside wear to the cloth hard covers and spine edges. The spine is tight and intact, the pages complete with no writing or tears. There is some erased pencil writing at the very beginning of the book, and a prior owners name is written in pencil on the inside cover page. There’s also an inside back cover corner small water stain, see images. This book is 224 pages, published by Hurst & Company, New York in 1910.
