From the research I’ve done I believe that maybe she had a wig originally with the molded hair underneath . She looks very happy and is very cute . I am having a hard time finding another one like her she is unique and a one-of-a-kind Pattie type doll. She has a cute floral dress with purple flowers.And a bonnet that goes with it. She has black shoes and white socks. She is a unmarked, She is I believe from the late 20s or 30s she is original composite Patsy type doll.
