His scrapbook consisted partly of newspaper articles clipped from the State newspaper of events, both of major historical importance, and lesser reported ones. It encompasses the era from the mid 1700's and Rev. War, the Civil War, the City Centennial through the early 1900's. There are multiple b & w photographs.
