Description: This Victorian hat is made from black silk taffeta, it has a small wired brim and a pretty ruched ruffle in front with a beaded decoration. The lining is good, overall the outside is in nice condition with a few minor worn spots on the edges. It looks like it would fit over a bun and sit high on the head.
