A BLACK COTTON CHINTZ INNER LINING HAS THICK ZIG ZAG PUNCHED RUFFLES WITH ACCORDIAN PLEATING BENEATH AND THE RUFFLE AT THE BOTTOM IN FINE STITCHING THAT FLOUNCES OVER A PLAIN COTTON CHINTZ INNER LINING WITH RUFFLE AT THE BOTTOM. HOOK AND EYES CLOSE THE REAR WITH THE FRONT SIDE HAVING A BLACK SILK VELVET LAYERED RIBBON WITH BOW DETAIL HAVING A CUT STEEL DIAMOND APPLIQUE. CONDITION: I BELIEVE THAT THESE PIECES WERE MARRIED TOGETHER AND STITCHED AROUND THE WAISTBAND AS THE UNDER LAYER IS SO SHORT.
