Description: Beatles For Sale UK Press Very Displayable VERY 1ST PRESS3N/3N A bit of history.....This album was first released on the 4th Dec 1964. Prior to its release there was a huge order of 750,000...which went on to break all records for advance orders of ANY album!!! Of course this meant the album went straight into the number 1 position in the U.K. charts, staying in the charts for 46 weeks!! POPULAR is too small a word for it! The vinyl has just light marks, certainly nothing to make her SKIP OR JUMP.. After giving her a gentle ultrasonic clean, I gave her a listen to-all the way through-All I found was just some very occasional light background crackle-which was insignificant, low and soft. She really blasted out with superb original quality highs and bassy lows showing the fact that even a few light marks make little difference to audio output on an original slab of vinyl from the 1960’s! 'I'm A Loser' comes out clear, with superb peaks and troughs. GORGEOUS, GLORIOUS MONO Labels: VG+. There are only light spindle marks to both sides..But certainly not heavy enough to damage the label and these are only visible when angling towards the light and looking for them. Barely any central hole wear, as evident in the detailed images provided....Lovely. Outer text "The Parlophone Co." (ONLY 1st Press have this) it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text. Lovely, clear silver text. SOLID & VERY DISPLAYABLE NO writing. KT tax code to side 2. Cover: VG+. She still remains perfectly intact. & VERY DISPLAYABLE The spine has had some light rubbing to the top and bottom. There are some lines spidering to the front and back laminate, but nothing to detract from the vibrant colours. Small name to the inside left panel of the gatefold. Lovely clean and clear inner picture-Please see the images for yourselves. She has fared VERY well through the ages, being almost 60 years old! VERY STRONG & CLEAN internal flipbacks. Inner: EX It is the ORIGINAL "Use Emitex" inner with the tracing paper lining. Certainly done the job, by looking after this slab of vinyl for all these years. Only a tiny 3cm split to the top of one side of the opening. NO WRITING TOP NOTCH SO, FOLKS-HERE IS A VERY DISPLAYABLE AND VERY PLAYABLE PRESSING OF A CLASSIC ALBUM WHICH WOULD TAKE A WELL DESERVED PLACE IN ANY COLLECTION.
