V Nice Wilson A2000-XL Japan RH throw 1980's early 1990s Top Line baseball glove

Description: Here is a very nice vintage late 1980's to early 1990's made in Japan Wilson A2000-XL baseball glove for a Right Hand thrower and thus fits on the left hand. The XL model glove was first made in Japan in 1985 and made into the early 1990's. The mitt was made in Japan and is adult sized measuring 12" long through the pocket. Can be used for baseball or softball. Stamped on the front of the glove is the Wilson A2000 circle logo in the palm, Grip-Tite Pocket, Snap Action, Dual Hinge (web) and Wilson. On the back is stamped "The A2000" - XL (closed web), Pat. Des. 207086, Nylon Stitched, Hand Oiled and Shaped, Power Snap and Japan. Also a neat little Wilson "W" logo stamped on the one end of the thumb strap. Glove has an open backstrap. I think you'll like the glove. There is a factory stamped 38 on the underside of the backstrap. There is a large #3 written on the backstrap in black marker and also a very faint Wilson written in faded in on the bottom of the interior palm where the hand goes in. The stamping on the front and back is all readable. There is a nice original black and yellow patch sewn on the back of the thumb. Glove is broken in. The interior and exterior leather is still very soft on this mitt. Interior leather is very soft and smooth with no chafing on it. The lacing appears original and intact with light wear here and there. The leather piping is soft with light wear. The thumb and pinky loops are functional and useable. The glove feels great on the hand. I have other gloves and mitts on eBay now as auctions and/or Buy it Now, and I like to combine shipping whenever possible.
