Description: Ute Mountain Indians are known for their contemporary style of pottery. The Ute Mountain Ute tribe has been making pottery since 1970. Their pottery is characterized by different motifs and designs. Traditional pieces are not glazed, while glazed pieces are more usable. Each piece is stamped with the Ute Mountain Indian Logo and signed by the artist. This one is signed on the bottom by M. Talk. It is had to see in the photo so I went "old school" with a piece of paper and a graphite pencil shading the impressions of the signature. That is what you see on the paper in the photo. This vase is unglazed and is 7.5" tall and 7" at its widest. Packed carefully for your receiving.
