Non machinable mail costs more than regular postage and further protects stamps. I only charge the exact cost of shipping as I realize the cost can be a factor when choosing to purchase. So I do offer great deals on combined shipping and can typically send up to 40 stamps under $20 combined value in an envelope for listed shipping fee. Anything more than 40 stamps or $20 value will require a package mailer for $3.99 with no limit to quantity. * To receive combined shipping deals just add all items to your cart first.
