This is an old chair, 30+ years so expect it to creek a little, even in phenomenal condition.This listing includes the chair & ottoman.This chair has been owned by an Adult, non smoking household. It has been regularly cleaned and leather conditioner has been applied. The prior owner purchased the chair from Circa Antiques in York, Pennsylvania in 2011 and I purchased it earlier this year. Unfortunately, we have made some adjustments in the house and the chair no longer works in the space.Condition: 8.5/10 or Better.All the veneer is intact. No chips or damage to the wood edges. No tears in the leather on the chair. More wear on the ottoman. There are no major issues with this chair.Shipping/Pick Up:I am willing to drop off/deliver within 30 miles of 20716 for free. If you want to have the chair delivered you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of $250. This covers my cost of removing the listing, my time, travel expenses and to reserve the chair.
