Includes ONLY Kai AND Dragon (came with wrong Kai minifigure; the Kai minifigure included appears to be from Secrets of the Forbidden Spinjitzu). I bought the set second hand not knowing it was incomplete. I have reversed built the set and some parts are missing; which I have tabbed in the instruction manual.
