Description: Description [Used] GIBSON CUSTOM / Southern Jumbo VOS 2019 Vintage Sunburst We have a beautiful used Southern Jumbo made by Gibson Custom Shop in stock. This Southern Jumbo guitar was introduced in 1942 as a higher-end model of the J-45. When it was first introduced, the body shape and wood material were exactly the same as the J-45. The difference was the luxurious body binding and inlays. After that, in 1962, it underwent a major model change, changing to a square shoulder body shape similar to the Hummingbird, and it is no longer positioned as a higher-end model of the J-45. Specifications include a Sitka spruce top, mahogany sides and back, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, large pickguard, double parallelogram inlays, and open-back pegs. Equipped with an LR Baggs Element VTC, it can be used in a variety of environments. It has little signs of use and maintains a beautiful appearance. After arrival, it was checked and fully adjusted by a specialized repair staff, and it is in good playing condition. *If truss rod, remaining frets, string height, etc. are listed, they were measured by our staff at the time of setup. They may change due to influences from differences in climate, humidity, and other environmental factors.
