Description: This is a used Andor Zyla Scientific CMOS camera, 5.5 megapixels. Removed from a life sciences analytical instrument that was functional but decommissioned and recycled due to being an older model. It was known working prior to being removed. Specifically, this is a ZYLA-5.5H-USB3-2Y1 model. S/N VSC-20921. It has a billet metal adapter plate I have left on to protect the sensor and provide a standoff during handling. The power and data cables were not able to be salvaged from the machine, so it is the camera unit itself only. Due to that and not having a requisite PCIe capture card, I am not able to test it further. With the adapter plate it weighs just over 1 kilogram. There is one visible mark on the side of the camera body, shown in pictures, but I believe this to be from its initial install as removal was very easy. I imagine if you're looking for one of these you are already familiar with the specs and the requirements for operation, so I won't bore you.
