Description: For sale here is a great looking pair of US WW2 Army Air Corps Army Air Forces Wings. This lot is an Air Crew wing. This pair of wings is not maker marked, but does have a raised Sterling hallmark. The patina on these is OVER THE TOP!. These are shirt sized wings that measure 2" wide. These wings are pin back with a 180 degree hinge and functional roller lock catch. The pin and catch work fine. This is, by far, the darkest patina that i have ever seen on a pair of wings. These almost appear to be blued, but there are a few tiny spots of lighter Sterling showing through on a couple of high points. These will make a great addition to any collection.
