Description: This auction is for a Series 1935A One Dollar Silver Certificate from the United States. This note has the Hawaii overprint for use in Hawaii during WWII. This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas and perhaps oddly cut); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); many edge indents/nicks (multiple smaller tears exist); one small hole near the center.
