If the stamp comes back not as described you may return the stamp for a full refund and the cost of the cert. You must return both the stamp and the cert to me. It is important that you contact me before you send the stamp out. No return will be accepted after 14 days unless you have notified me of your intent to certify the stamp within that time period even if the cert comes back negative.No extension for previously certified stamps.About my scans with the light background: I changed from using black Vario pages to transparent pages. This reduces the handling of stamps to scan the backs and provides truer color. The scans are 1200dpi showing more detail and better color. Other than straightening and cropping, the scans have not been altered in any way.109p10
