Description: Issued by the U.S. Postal Service on May 10, 2019, this strip of three self-adhesive stamps commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Transcontinental Railroad. The central stamp features a golden spike, while the flanking stamps feature the Jupitor and no. 119 locomotives that meet at Promontory Point, Utah for the cerimonial driving of the golden spike with a silver hammer. Please note that the reflective gold ink included in the stamp designs does not show up well in our scanned image (appears dark brown). Very Fine (VF), mint never hinged (MNH) strip of three.
