This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - some areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in areas and oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (area by the upper right corner is damaged with larger tears, some other smaller tears exist); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); one larger punch hole, smaller holes and smaller inner tear; pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
