Description: up for a buy now auction is 1 US Military issue Cleaning kit metal tube. The tubes are from WW1 and were issued out in early WW2. At that time the yellow plastic oil dipper was added. Thy were made to fit into the butt of the 03A3 Serious of rifles and the M1 Garand. This is the early style metal tube. The tubes are old and show lots of ware from use. each tube is a little different. But all show ware from use. These are around 80 to 100 years old so ware includers some of the nickel coating has come off. Some are dented more than others. If you buy now you will get one tube from the lot pictured.
