This note is circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substances, ink stampings on the back); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough and damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks/tears (many tears exist and some are large); very heavy surface wear and fraying; at least one small hole that I could see; pieces missing due to heavy wear and damage.
