There is nothing wrong with them they will still work as they are intended to, they are not bent or broken. Please Read: Due to this item being Fair condition and was used on the ground, they will have some dirt on them. I do generally try to clean off most stakes before shipping. The color of these stakes may vary between Orange, Black, Green, or other possible colors, also the paint may be completely worn off and you may only have a silver stake. These can be easily repainted if you're concerned about the cosmetic look. These U.S. Military aluminum tent pegs are used with the popular Military pup tents that consist of two shelter halves. The orange color makes it more difficult to lose these in the brush or ground cover. The tough angular curved design that helps to keep these straight while driving them into the ground as well as the curved design if placed towards the tent or structure will help to keep the stake in the ground even in a very stormy wind.
