Description: From a recently acquired collection of Boy Scout Red and White RWS Council Shoulder patches. Unused condition but may have loose threads on the edges (manufacturing issue) Boy Scout item for your collection or to trade with others. Does not lay flat and has a slight musty odor caused by long-term storage. I have not determined the variety # of the patch, so please research it on your own and bid accordingly.
