All issues are bagged and boarded and have been in a smoke free home. They have been stored in comic boxes in climate controlled rooms. All issues are in good condition. They have all been opened and read, and many were purchased as back issues. I will not attempt to assign them a CGC grade but will say that they were owned by a collector (me) who took care of them as their own personal collection. There are no obvious tears, stains, creases, or other damage but some issues may show wear typical with being handled to read them.
