UHL Pottery Stoneware Mini Football Bottle Jug 1930s Wisconsin Tax Stamp

Description: I have up for sale a wonderful vintage original circa 1930s unmarked Uhl Pottery Mini Football shaped Bottle . It measures approx 4" wide by 2-1/8" deep by 2-5/8" tall , weighs just 4 ounces and although empty held 2 ounces of liquid. The spirits have all evaporated - there is no liquid in it at all. The Wisconsin Tax Stamp dates it to the 1930s , I believe either 1936 or 38 , view the closeup to see what you think. The bottle was filled by the Howard R Young company from Jefferson , Wisconsin . It was filled with Chateau Rosard California Burgundy Wine. The tax stamp was for 5/16 cents. Please view each and every pic , ask for more if needed - do so prior to purchase.
