Description: UAW Local 838 Belt Buckle Waterloo Iowa Auto Workers Union Vtg 1989 HHB ...a very cool old UAW Local 838 belt buckle, Waterloo, Iowa, United Auto Workers (UAW), fully named United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America. This is a silver tone metal buckle with enamel coloring, made in the U.S.A., by Hard Hat Buckles, in 1989. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 2-7/8" x 2-1/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.4 oz.
