The scratches really are not bad at all, some can only be seen in the right light, but they are there. The first 3) photos are UAG promotional, but the last 8) photos show what the actual cases that will ship look like. A couple of the photos have the scratched areas circled in red so you can see the type of scratches I am talking about. There is no other damage to the cases, though the packaging on some of them is rough around the edges (see the last photo).
