Description: Offered here is wood case (only) for an U. S. Radio & Television Corp. model 99-A "Gloritone" antique Cathedral Radio. It has the attached metal dial escutcheon and speaker cloth which does show some age wear. Perfect for your restoration project or for a re-purpose project. It is 16-1/2" tall (at the peak), 14-1/2" wide (at the base) and 9" deep. Inside usable measurements are 13" tall (It starts to curve inward at about 5" from the bottom),13-1/4" wide (at the bottom), and 8" deep. At 10" from the base board it still has about 12" of useable inside width use. The finish is in nice condition with no peeling veneer.
