Missing one pickup shoe. Body has paint wear as shown. The slotless Command Control obstacle chassis has a running motor and the light bulb works when tested on a transformer, but is not meant to run on a slot car track, only the Tyco slotless type track once you add a pickup shoe meant for these cars. Also missing the rear horizontal pin that fits in the slot right behind the rear axle assembly. Has white silicone rear tires. Possibly you can use a slot car chassis with this body, like a Tyco HP7 if you partially cut or grind away the light receptacle on the inside to make clearance for the chassis.
